Well, I might as well announce it.
We, as a team, are now working to get some sort of 3 level demo out by the end of 2009. This is our sole focus as of now. If everything goes as scheduled, you'll get a taste of the action, with everything so far promised, including a bit of rough-draft graphic novel footage.
I'm saying this with a grain of salt, but due to the enormous demand of release, and to commemorate the Sega Dreamcast's US 10 year anniversary, things should go well, and you will have a playable copy out in no time.
Let's hope life throws us no more speedbumps as we work to achieve this goal.

Are you going to release the demo as a CD image or whatever so it's easy to burn?
Yes - the Demo will be in image format.
The game will be freeware due to our use of Blood content, however, we're creating a special edition for the Dreamcast release. The details are really up in the air on what we're going to do with that one but here's hoping we figure it out!
